In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the otp77 website accessible at https://otp77.pro, including all sub-pages, features, services, and applications operated under that domain.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to otp77 and its operating entity, including all officers, employees, agents, and authorized representatives.
• "Member" / "You" refers to any individual who has completed the account registration process on the otp77 Platform and whose account has been approved by otp77.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Member on the otp77 Platform, through which all betting, deposit, withdrawal, and bonus activities are conducted.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Member on any product available on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Sakong, and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting).
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Member's Account under an otp77 promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games or markets before any derived winnings may be withdrawn from the Account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process that otp77 may require any Member to complete prior to processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory in which the use of the Platform by residents is explicitly excluded by otp77 at its sole discretion.
• "Force Majeure" refers to any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of otp77, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or pandemic conditions.

Access to and use of the otp77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Member's use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. otp77 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• Residency: The Platform is primarily designed and offered for players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a natural person legally resident in Indonesia or in another jurisdiction where access to online betting services of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you may not use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the otp77 Platform at any time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using the Platform solely for your own personal, recreational entertainment. You may not register on behalf of any third party, nor may you allow any other person to use your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory restriction that would prevent you from using online betting services.

To access the full suite of otp77 betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a Member Account. The following terms apply to Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian bank account details, and a valid active email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. otp77 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): otp77 strongly recommends, and may require, that Members enable SMS-based two-factor authentication on their Account. This provides an additional layer of security beyond the standard password login.
• Account Verification (KYC): otp77 may at any time request that a Member completes identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card), proof of address, and where applicable, a copy of the Member's registered bank account details. Processing of withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Account Suspension and Closure: otp77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including where otp77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In the event of closure due to verified misconduct, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited.
• Member-Initiated Closure: A Member wishing to close their Account may contact otp77 customer support via the 24/7 live chat service. All outstanding wagering obligations must be resolved before the Account is formally closed and any remaining Balance is disbursed.

All financial transactions on the otp77 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

• Source of Funds: All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account name does not match the registered Member name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.
• Withdrawal Destination: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the original deposit was made. otp77 does not process withdrawals to accounts not previously used for deposits, except where verified and pre-approved through the KYC process.
• Fees: otp77 does not charge its Members any transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees independent of otp77, for which otp77 accepts no responsibility.
• Transaction Limits: otp77 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at the account level, either as a general platform policy or as a responsible gaming measure applied to individual Member accounts.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawal requests will only be processed after any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before completing the associated Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Processing Availability: otp77 processes deposits and withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

otp77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are only available to Members who have completed account registration, satisfy all eligibility criteria, and whose accounts are in good standing at the time the promotion is claimed.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise specified, each promotion is available to each eligible Member once only. Attempting to claim a single promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts or multiple payment methods — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account sanctions.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the stated validity window; uncompleted requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Sportsbook wagers, live casino tables, slots, and togel markets may each carry different contribution percentages. The specific contribution rates will be published in the individual promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be converted from Bonus Funds to withdrawable Balance is capped at five (5) times the original bonus value.
• Promotion Modification and Withdrawal: otp77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds already credited to a Member's Account prior to a promotion's withdrawal will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Irregular Play: otp77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a Member has engaged in irregular or exploitative betting patterns designed to take advantage of a promotion without genuine engagement with the Platform's core products.

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the otp77 Platform across all product verticals — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, Sakong, and sabung ayam. Product-specific rules are published within each respective section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Acceptance of Bets: A Wager is not confirmed until the Platform has issued an explicit on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from the Member's Balance. Bets that have not received a confirmed reference number are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each product and market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed on the betting interface. otp77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Odds and Payouts: Odds are displayed in the format selected by the Member (decimal, fractional, or Indonesian format) and are correct at the time of bet placement. Live in-play odds are subject to rapid change; the odds at the moment of confirmed bet placement govern the payout calculation.
• Void Bets: A Wager may be declared void where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the Platform's settlement window, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Voided bets are returned to the Member's Balance in full.
• Results and Settlement: otp77 settles all Wagers based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, PSSI for BRI Liga 1 matches, FIFA for international fixtures, and the relevant draw authority for togel markets. Results are typically settled within 30 minutes of the official result being declared.
• Disputes: Any dispute relating to a Wager outcome must be raised with otp77 customer support within 72 hours of the result being published. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered.

otp77 is committed to promoting responsible betting practices and protecting vulnerable individuals. The Platform provides Members with the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount that may be deposited into their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, further Wagers are prevented until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic notifications that remind them of elapsed session time at intervals of their choosing.
• Cool-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the Account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by the customer support team and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content published on the otp77 Platform — including but not limited to the otp77 brand name, logo, domain, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of otp77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform's content solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant any right to reproduce, redistribute, publish, sub-license, sell, or create derivative works from any otp77 content without the prior written consent of otp77.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by otp77 under valid licensing agreements. Members may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any such content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, otp77 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial losses arising from the outcome of Wagers placed on the Platform, which are accepted by Members as an inherent risk of betting activity.

• Third-party actions, including unauthorized access to a Member's Account arising from the Member's failure to protect their login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, otp77's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

otp77 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

otp77 employs industry-standard security measures — including TLS 1.3 encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and automated anomaly detection — to protect Member data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Member financial data is processed exclusively through the Platform's certified payment gateways and is not stored in plaintext on otp77's servers.

otp77 will not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and anti-fraud organizations where otp77 is legally obliged or has legitimate grounds to do so.

otp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Member rights, obligations, or the economic terms of the platform — otp77 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing a notice on the Platform's homepage and, where applicable, by sending a notification to the Member's registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, request closure of your Account before the amended Terms take effect. otp77 recommends that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to otp77's operating jurisdiction as determined by otp77's licensing and incorporation arrangements.

In the event of a dispute between otp77 and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through otp77's internal complaints procedure, initiated by contacting customer support via the Platform's 24/7 live chat service. otp77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive written response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitral body. Neither party shall be entitled to commence or maintain any court action in respect of any dispute covered by this arbitration agreement except to enforce an arbitral award.
